Over time brake discs and pads will wear out which results in poor braking performance. Symptoms usually include squealing or a juddering brake pedal when you are stopping.
In the long run making sure your braking system is working at it’s optimum will save you money. Dragging brakes will use more fuel and wear out your discs and pads quicker.
